In addition to the excellent services provided by our elite production team, Complete Mailing Service has compiled and developed extensive systems for enabling the rapid turnaround of mailing list and database projects.  CMS can process several hundred thousand database records per hour and can create the output necessary for attaining the maximum return on a client's investment.

How does it work?  A typical mailing project will follow these steps:

1) Request an estimate and begin review of your project needs.
2) Schedule a mailing date and arrange to have printed materials to CMS in the agreed upon time frame.
3) Send mailing list and instructions to CMS.
4) Postage payment is required before the scheduled mailing date (and payable to: USPS).
5) After the mailing, arrange to have your extra materials and data picked up, or we can recycle them for a fee.
